INSURANCE
We hold public and employee liability insurance, the documents
can be viewed
online.
CONTRACTS
We tend to use a contract on larger scale jobs like extensions
and new builds. But we are happy to use a contract for anyone who would like the
extra piece of mind. We base our contract on the free templates offered by the
Federation of Master Builders (FMB). They are available online via the FMB
website.

Architects
We can recommend a local architect that we have worked with on
several occasions. If you are looking into applying for planning then
preliminary drawings will usually be needed. But please note that we are happy
to work with an architect of your choice if required.
